Our Integrated Pest Management Approach
We use an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach
to controlling pest problems. IPM means more than just applying
pesticides. IPM involves several steps targeted at your specific
problems. IPM also focuses on removing the three key elements pests
need to survive: food, water and shelter. Making your home a less
desirable destination for pests greatly reduces the likelihood of
an infestation. This provides you with a longer-term solution to your
pest problem in the least intrusive manner possible.
Our Services
Our services include inspecting the area, identifying the pest problem,
selecting appropriate control methods, applying pesticides judiciously, and then evaluating
the effectiveness. We may also suggest structural corrections, such as replacing a torn
screen or adding door stops, or behavioral modifications, such as moving wood away from the
house.
Our services are normally performed on a quarterly basis, but other service frequencies are available, including monthly and one time treatment, for most of the listed pests. Our Guaranty
We stand behind our services. If pests return
between regular treatments, we will retreat as needed at no additional
charge. One time treatments usually come with a 30 day guaranty.
